Mokshayatan Yog Sansthan, leading yoga organization accredited by Ministry of Ayush, Government of India other than running regular courses and classes at its head quarter and centers, also provides regular online courses as well as classes for those who are unable to visit center or Headquarters. Below are the details of regular online programs:


1. Online Classes

Below classes are provided online for different age groups and requirements. All below classes are Live and interactive. Those willing to reverse their ailments and to live a healthy and happy life may opt for below classes:

Morning Therapy Class: is a Monday to Friday everyday 6-7 AM IST Live and interactive online class from 1st to 30th / 31st of every month.
Classes are held by expert Bharat yog yogacharyas under the guidance of shraddheya Guruji Acharya Pratishtha ji. Yogic schedule & Protocol is prepared based on the physical and mental conditions of the participants. Class consists of yogic practices of asana, gati, pranayama, bandha, mudra, special meditations, diet awareness, sleep philosophy, mind therapy and self talk therapy along with Q & A, discussions and dainik sankalpa for overall healing. Evening Therapy Class: is a Monday to Friday everyday 7-8 PM IST Live and interactive online class from 1st to 30th / 31st of every month.
Classes are held by expert Bharat yog yogacharyas under the guidance of shraddheya Guruji Acharya Pratishtha ji. Kids Yoga Class: is a Monday to Friday everyday 5-6 PM IST Live and interactive online class from 1st to 30th / 31st of every month open for children aged 6-14.
This is a special class focusing on fun, fitness, flexibility along with peace and Sanskar shiksha. Along with physical growth and fitness, this program focuses on mental stability, and some good behavioural changes. Sessions involve asana, Breath fun, yoga games, creative meditations, fun movements, mantra learning, Laughter Therapy and Sanskar Shiksha.

Weight Loss Class: It is important to lose weight but it is even more important to maintain a constant weight and to live a healthy Life and that is what we achieve through Bharat yog Weight loss program which is a unique combination of Yog, Diet & Mind Therapy. Advance Yog Practice Class: is open for advance practitioners and yog teachers. 2. Online Courses

Below courses are provided online. Students gets certificates on completion on below courses. All below courses are Live and interactive. Those willing to learn yog step by step and pursue it as a career or wish to learn yog as passion or to serve the society through this ancient system of healing and self-elevation may opt for below courses:


One Month Foundation Course in Yoga: is a Monday to Friday everyday 6-7 PM IST Live and interactive online class from 16th of every month to 15th of next month open for all. One Month 'Foundation Course’ covers essential basic theory topics along with practical learning, practice & its application.
Course includes Practical Yoga learning of introductory asan, pranayam, bandha, mudra, kriyas, gati, meditation & shatkarma, Yoga Philosophy & its application in everyday life, introduction to Patanjali & Bhagwad Geeta, Prana Shakti, Mind Therapy, Mantra Sadhana, Basics of Ahar (Diet), Disease management and much more. Participant will learn how to apply yoga in everyday life to be healthy and happy.

200 Hour Yoga Instructor Course: covers essential theory topics along with practical learning, practice & its application.
Course includes Practical Yoga learning of asan, pranayam, bandha, mudra, kriyas, gati, meditation etc from basic to advance practices. Yoga Philosophy, Human system & Anatomy, Teaching Methodology, Patanjali & Bhagwad Geeta, Prana Shakti, Mind & its modifications, Mantra Therapy, Science of Ahar (Diet), Disease management and much more.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (Only for those who have done prior 200 hour of Training): COURSE IS NOT FOR BEGINNERS. Those who have done minimum 200 Hour Yoga Learning from a reputed institute (200 hour Instructor Course / 200 hour Teacher Training Course/ Diploma etc) can apply for this course.
200 Hour ‘Yoga Teacher Training Course’ covers advance theory topics along with advance practical learning, practice & its application. Course includes Advance Practical Yoga learning of asan, pranayam, bandha, mudra,kriyas, gati, along with deeper practices of meditation etc. , Advance learning of Yoga Philosophy, Human system & Anatomy and Disease Management , Teaching Methodology, Patanjali & Bhagwad Geeta, Prana Shakti,Mind & its modifications, Science of Ahar (Diet), Chakra & Kundalini, Mantra Therapy, Dance Therapy, Movement Therapy, Yagya Therapy, Detailed study of AlternateTherapies and much more.

100 Hour Advance Yoga Teacher Training Course / 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course: This course in open only for those who have successfully completed 200 hour of instructor and 200 hour of teacher training course from Mokshayatan Yog Sansthan. After successful completion of this course, participant becomes a 500 hour trained yog teacher and is absolutely ready to teach. Participants are provided certificates on successful completion of course. This course is open only for Bharat Yoga Students.


Heal Through Chakra Course: is an intense 5 days live and interactive course conducted directly and solely by Shraddheya Acharya Pratishtha ji and is open only for advance practitioners, yoga teachers and selected students and is not open for all. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria are given admission to this course. Course delas with detailed knowledge of our own body’s energy centres and healing through these inbuilt energy plexuses. Participants are provided certificates on successful completion of course.

Dhyanam: An Advance Meditation Master Course : is a 4 days live and interactive course conducted directly and solely by Shraddheya Acharya Pratishtha ji and is open only for advance practitioners, yoga teachers and selected students and is not open for all. Only those who meet the eligibility criteria are given admission to this course.
Many advance yog practitioners and even trained yog teachers love to follow the guided meditation by their guru or master but still feel deep desire to learn the technique of self-meditation where no tool is required, not even the guiding sound!
Dhyanam is an advance Bharat yoga course only for advance practitioners and trained Yog teachers where such techniques are taught through which practitioners can learn the science of self-meditation effortlessly and can reach the state of trans consciousness. Participants are provided certificates on successful completion of course.

Rupantaran: is a three days Transformational course of Bharat Yoga designed in such a way that practitioner will learn the science of self healing (healing physical & mental ailments) through right diet (ahaar), excercise (abhyas), breathing practices (prana), daily routine (Dincharya), lifestyle (Jeevanshaili), Mantra therapy (Mantrochharan) & meditation (Dhyan) as per the present condition of body. It is a live and interactive course conducted directly and solely by Shraddheya Acharya Pratishtha ji and is open for all.
Participant will learn the ability to heal self & others through this science.
